AimedBio–GeneQuantum to Present Preclinical Results of FGFR3-ADC at World ADC

- - AimedBio and GeneQuantum will present preclinical results for their jointly developed FGFR3-targeted ADC, AMB302/GQ1011, at the World ADC conference.
- - In preclinical studies, the compound demonstrated anti-tumor activity in models of bladder cancer and glioblastoma harboring FGFR3 mutations.
- - The companies plan to submit an IND (Investigational New Drug) application in the first half of next year and initiate a Phase 1 clinical trial thereafter.
