  • - In non-human primate studies, the compound demonstrated safety at doses ranging from 30 to 80 mg/kg, with no observed toxicity to date.
  • - In an FGFR3-TACC3 bladder cancer mouse model, AMB302 showed superior tumor growth inhibition compared to an Eli Lilly ADC that had previously been discontinued after Phase 1.
