- AimedBio has signed a global licensing agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim for a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) candidate.
- The deal is valued at up to USD 991 million (approximately KRW 1.4 trillion), including an upfront payment, development, regulatory and commercial milestones, and tiered sales royalties.
- Under the agreement, Boehringer Ingelheim obtains worldwide development and commercialization rights to AimedBio’s novel ADC targeting solid tumors, including KRAS-mutant cancers.
- The candidate incorporates a Topo1 inhibitor payload and is designed to deliver potent anti-tumor activity with high tumor selectivity. A Phase 1 (First-in-Human) trial is planned for 2026.
- The agreement further validates AimedBio’s proprietary precision antibody and ADC platform, strengthening its global partnership portfolio ahead of its planned KOSDAQ IPO.
