- Under the agreement, SK Plasma secures worldwide co-commercialization rights to AMB303, while AimedBio is expected to receive the option exercise fee within 60 days.
- AMB303 incorporates a payload co-developed withSamsung Biologics. Under the collaboration, AimedBio will lead early-stage research, while SK Plasma will oversee clinical development and commercialization.
