AimedBio Signs Co-development Agreement with GeneQuantum for Tumor-targeting ADC

- AimedBio has signed a co-development agreement with GeneQuantum for AMB302, an ADC combining AimedBio's proprietary antibody with GeneQuantum's linker-payload and conjugation technology. The candidate targets brain tumors, a disease area with critically few treatment options.
- Having completed proof-of-concept, both companies plan to finalize preclinical development this year and advance AMB302 into clinical trials in 2025.
